  • This contract was signed between Farab Company and joint venture of Nimrokh-shahran saze in August 2011.

    This project is part of the main project named UMA-OYA Multipurpose Development Project located on the south eastern slope of the central highland of SRILANKA and includes the construction of portal, rock excavation with a trench and explode method and the final reinforcement along the tunnel.

    The estimated cost of the project is 7 million USD.
